We have a wide collection of Japanese Acers that are grown in the Northern part of Italy. Due to a colder climate and an acid, stony soil, this is the region for Japanese maples . We can split the range in; 1) Japanese Acers imported as young plants from Holland and grown on as bush-shape in Italy , the more ornamental Acers for garden centres 2) Japanese Acers, grown and grafted in Italy, creating strong garden plants in different forms and sizes, plants more used for landscaping whilst being stronger with thicker stems.
